Everyone needs a job – and you may have one, but is it the right one for you?  Even if you think you’re happy with your current position, it doesn’t hurt to look around every couple of months to see if you can better yourself with a new job that might fit you better!

Great reasons to look for a new job:

1. More money
- Perhaps you’ll find a position with more money!  This isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be however – make sure you’ll like the commute if it’s longer than your current one!

2. Shorter commute
- Is your daily commute killing you?  I would NOT be able to stand more than 1hr/day total commute.  Maybe you’ll find something with a nice short one (like I did!)

3. Better work environment
- If you’re not working with people that you could hang out with, then maybe there’s something out there that’s more of a fit for you.  When interviewing, be sure to ask for a tour so  you can see what types of people work there.

These are just a few reasons, but there are many reasons to look for new employment.  Why not take a minute and look around at the job listings we have.  Go a little deeper and submit your resume while you’re at it – don’t worry, only users signed up as “Job Listers” are able to browse the resumes.
