IQnection.com is looking for someone who wants a career in customer service/technical support. We currently have an opening in our Doylestown, PA location. Job Description: * Front line support for email and telephone calls. * Troubleshoot any issues customers may have with their web hosting, email and related. * Provide technical support via helpdesk, email, live chat and telephone. * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. * Help support the office Windows network (Windows 2003, 2008, Active Directory, Printers, networking, etc..) * Help to support users on Linux.org and LinuxForum.com Required Skills: * Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language to communicate effectively to clients. * Ability to work with a team and follow instruction from supervisors. * Outstanding customer service skills. * Must be dependable to be at work during assigned shifts. * Knowledge of domain registration, SSH, FTP, DNS, Cpanel, WHMCS and WHM preferred (extremely important). * Minimal HTML skills required. * Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors. * Experience with documenting procedures. * Able to troubleshoot basic webhosting procedures. * Knowledge of Linux an asset. If your resume doesn’t show experience with web hosting or cpanel, we may not contact you. We are looking for an experienced “CentOS, cPanel, Hosting” Tier 1 – 2 support technician. Technicians must be able to work from our Doylestown office location. NO REMOTE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE. Compensation will be determined during the interviewing process and depends on skill level/experience. The starting salary for this position is $35-40k.
