Position: System Admin.
Location: West Point, PA.
Duration: 3+ months.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION
Srong access excel with data cleansing a must
The Regulatory Knowledge Systems Administrator will support the assembly, strategic development, process design and maintenance of a database for CMC, Trade, Artwork/Labeling, Supply Chain and Regulatory requirements. This new database will collect and report out worldwide regulatory requirements for a large set of post-approval changes.
The Regulatory Knowledge Systems Administrator will have responsibility to lead and develop strategy for the following:
•creating a requirements summary for regulatory knowledge processes for data collection and calculations of lead times,
•maintaining complex macros in Excel templates and resulting data sets,
•maintaining an Microsoft Access based data transposition tool, and
•Support data migration from Excel and Access
The successful candidate will have extensive Excel 2007-2010 experience (to include a wide variety of macros creation/maintenance experience), and extensive experience with Access.
.Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer-Related Science
Required Technical Skills:
•Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as an analyst/systems administrator
•Extensive Excel 2007-2010 and MSAccess Experience
•Data Manipulation and Cleaning
•Experience in data migration across systems
•System Life Cycle methodology Experience
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to support a robust cross-functional interface required to build, maintain, and communicate Regulatory Master Data.
•Ability to work in rapidly changing business environment
•Ability to document business processes and related requirements

•Strong analytical abilities
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
Desired Technical/Business Skills:
•Pharmaceutical Regulatory (Manufacturing) Data
•Understanding and effectiveness within a Change Execution Management framework.
•Six Sigma experience – Green or Black Belt certified
